drawing this in Carbide Create requires drawing the entire circle, then sectioning it using Trim Vectors (or a Boolean operation, but Trim Vectors will afford a Curve object rather than a polyline).
First, create an area large enough for drawing:
(we will use v8, but this would be much the same in any version)
Draw the specific dimensions/points:
Then draw a circle starting at the centerpoint:
and use the “Snap to Node” feature to get the desired arc:
Then increase the height of the rectangle and reposition it:
Select both objects:
and use “Trim Vectors” to remove what is not wanted:
until one arrives at:
OK
OK
Then use Join Vectors to close:
