How to get g-code from Carbide Create to Mach3 machine

My daughter gifted my husband a Mach3 6090 CNC machine. We are total newbies. After some research we would like to use the Carbide Create software. We have watched YouTube videos but cannot figure out how to get the g-code from the laptop to the machine. Help, please!

Another alternative is ccv6. They are not updating it but is available.

I think the real question is not which software but how does the CNC receive it? There is going to sound weird but the only “input” is a square that looks like the old (1980’s) phone plug in!

This would be a question for the folks who made/support the machine.

We can’t help with anything beyond making the G-code using our software.
