First, import the pixel image:

and adjust until a reasonable size/detail:
Re-set the text (Aldo Novarese’s Eurostile Bold Extended):
then convert to curves and redraw the balance…

adjust as needed to get things to line up:
then duplicate in place by copy-pasting:
and adjust the size:
Then draw a polygon from the center:
and adjust the number of sides:

Draw in a temporary rectangle to get the needed offset for the triangle:
Select the crossing elements:
and use Trim Vectors
to remove what is not wanted:
