How to set up tool path for cribbage board holes

I have a file for a cribbage board I want to make but un sure what tool path to use for the holes.
I have a bit for the holes so I just need direction on what type of tool path to use.

Usually a Drill toolpath works well.

What size holes do you need? What size tool are you using?

I am not sure what size hole I will be making but the bit I am using is the 1/8th in bit from IDC woodcraft just for cribbage board holes.
