How to stop cnc from cutting when router shuts off?

I have a small garage with a shapeoko 5 pro and using 65mm VFD spindle connected to two different outlets. On one project i was cutting the spindle stopped spinning but machine kept moving and broke my router bit…question is there something that detects that the spindle is off and pauses everything instead of me running for my life to physically push the pause button so i wont ruin the whole project?

Thanks,
Martin

No. You need to watch it.

You also need to figure out what caused the spindle to stop & fix that.
Loose wiring, too aggressive cutting. Was there an error on the VFD unit?

I would also encourage running them on the same circuit so that if one stops from a loss of power they both stop.

I know exactly what the issue is. I know it says it cannot be connected in a GFCI outlet but didnt have an option, i was just hoping there was something more simple instead of upgrading my amps on the breaker/outlet.
Thank you for your feedback guys.

Please check with an electrician to work out how to arrange for power for your machine as specified on the shop page for it.
