How to surface table 4x4

How to flatten table on a pro5 with software V8

I think I am not flush at all right now

I really would like a step by step process of how to flush the work area on the 4x4 pro 5
I do have a massive amana but I think that is 2 inch surfacing bit

I also have the the bit setter and the bit zero just to show and tell all running 80mm spindle

I would like to make it flat but I don’t want to take off to much material and crash the machine

I have this from amana

Software crashes when trying to run this bit on a surface of 48x48 taking away 2-3mm

See:

You’ll probably need to disable (and possibly remove) the BitSetter.

On another post that the user was crashing on a custom bit @WillAdams recommended that the bit use the same metric and/or inch you created the bit in the custom tool database in v8 of CC. So if you created it with metric then use metric in your tool path and vice versa for inch. Let us know if that fixes the crashing.
