I have installed TurboCAD Ver 7.1 (Registered User) in Win 10 - 64 Bit. While looking at the MODIFY
Menu choices the Join Polyline was missing. I went to the Startup Menu and selected TurboCAD 7.1
and followed the path to the executable. I had to re-select 'RUN AS ADMIN", and then clicked on run
in compatibility Mode with Win XP SP3. Now the Join Polyline Menu choice is present in the MODIFY
Menu when running on my Win 10 Laptop.
