Adding 2.2Kw spindle to a 5 Pro and needed a solution to control the water cooling pump, CNC, Spindle and Spindle Z-Axis brake. Don’t have to crawl around to turn on each item on and off.
The HY spindle control panel is also mounted with the use of a extension kit.
The control panel is low voltage (12 VDC) TTL control that controls Solid State Relays with isolation. Also has a key lock-out to keep the kids out.
All the line voltage equipment is located in an electrical box with DIN rails. Also the low voltage power supply is also mounted on the DIN rail.
The panel is mounted to a under desk keyboard slider.
