I bought the wrong model. Looking to sell brand new, assembled Pro XXL - Ojai, CA

Due to my failure to read thoroughly, I just bought a Shapeoko Pro XXL and had planned to install the 80mm spindle on it, because I need 1/2" endmills for what I’m making. Of course, when I got to the spindle assembly stage I learned my error - i.e. that the 80mm spindle is only compatible with the Shapeoko 5 Pro.

So I ordered the 5 Pro, and I will finish assembly of the Pro XXL and look to sell it as a never used, fully assembled machine.

I was planning on offering it on Craigslist, and Facebook Marketplace. Is there a better place to sell this to get back as much of my purchase price? I’m in Ventura County, about 90 minutes from Los Angeles.

Thanks for any help/guidance you guys might have!

My location is Ojai, but due to my commute, I could actually deliver it to most of the greater Los Angeles area.

Craigslist and Facebook are good places but you posted on the #1 place right here. You have a crowd that likes/wants CNC machines. List your city and ask for a PM if interested. The issues with Craigslist and Facebook is that the CNC interest is a tiny sliver of the overall populations. Here it is 100%.
