Initialization error pull off didn’t clear

Anyone run on to this error on initialization:

GRBL Error. Homing failed, pull off didn’t clear

Usually this is caused by the machine being stuck on a homing switch.

If you power down and move the machine toward the center it should be able to initialize successfully — if not, let us know at support@carbide3d.com

I tried that. The z axis does its thing then it errors out. No movement on the. X or y

Also getting this message:

Machine controller restarted unexpectedly and may be in an undefined state

Are you sure you have the Z-axis homing switch plugged into the Z-axis connection? Please check in at support@carbide3d.com and we will do our best to puzzle this out with you.

All good. No change from yesterday when it was working fine

I am also having this issue. It was working fine. Changed a bit for finishing. The program crashed. I got this error. Now it won’t initialize and just hums, won’t move in any direction, and then the program crashes. I’ve got an XXL.

Please try re-sending the machine configuration (some folks claim re-sending multiple times can help) — if that doesn’t address the issue, let us know at support@carbide3d.com (and mention that you’ve re-sent the configuration)

No luck. Tried sending 10 times. Same error messages

In that case, please contact us at support@carbide3d.com
