When I try to initialize the machine doesn’t go to home first and tries to come forward even if it’s already all the way forward. If I physically set it to home before powering on it will initialize successfully but then show no option to jog or run a cut. What am I doing wrong?
Did you configure per:
Very fair question, yes it has been configured. I should have mentioned that sometime the jig function opens up and sometimes it doesn’t. I actually cut my first project with it today and it was successful but when I went to do a second it didn’t initiate which is a problem I’ve seen a few times as I was learning the controls
Hi Will, I tried to setup again and getting an error that my z is homed even though it’s not (grlb error 8). The light isn’t on but does work when I put metal near it. I tried tracing the z wires all the way to the head unit and don’t see signs of a loose connection, kink, cut or knick.
