Inlay - Round Corner and not fitting correctly

Hi,

When I inlay I’m getting round corners when it a 90 degree corner. And I can’t get it to fit correctly either. I have done a few inlays and they were all correct previously. I’ve included an image and the file.

You aren’t using the provided tooling definition for a #302:

Why not use:
