Not sure what went wrong. I had just finished a VCarved job. I was about to start a new job loaded up the file and hit initialize machine. The machine proceeds to go home but then just slams into the far right side. It appears like the it’s not reading the sensor. wants to continue moving on the x-axis. The sensor light stays on. any ideas what this could be?
So move your gantry away from the sensor. Open CM and connect but do not initialize. Check in settings if the sensor in question is active. If it is active when it is not supposed to be then it is likely defective. If it is off put a metal object in front of the sensor and see if the state changes to active. It could be a wiring issue so be sure to check the wiring for a pinch or problem like that. If the sensor is on all the time talk to support about getting a replacement.
