This is my first CNC machine and just finished setting it up. Everything was going good until it came to set up the bit setter. The X axis stop’s about 3/4 inch from front plate and bit won’t center over the bit setter. I try to use the jog screen to use the buttons and it won’t jog forward to reach…

I had to play with the y setting number when originally initializing the system when I set mine up. It worked like a charm.

Please try re-tensioning the Y-axis belts (probably the X-axis belt will need this as well). See:
