Issue with X axis not moving up far enough to reach bit setter

This is my first CNC machine and just finished setting it up. Everything was going good until it came to set up the bit setter. The X axis stop’s about 3/4 inch from front plate and bit won’t center over the bit setter. I try to use the jog screen to use the buttons and it won’t jog forward to reach the bit setter. If someone can tell me what I am doing wrong please let me know.

Please try re-tensioning the Y-axis belts (probably the X-axis belt will need this as well). See:

I had to play with the y setting number when originally initializing the system when I set mine up. It worked like a charm.
