Issues with running VFD SPINDLE 65mm

VFD 65mm Spindle instal
Hi, I recently installed my VFD SPINDLE 65mm
I can not increase speed on the controller and none of the other buttons on the controller do not respond. The only thing I can do is spindle warm up
Anyone out there that can assist me with my issue I would appreciate it Thank You.

The physical controls on the VFD are locked. You can only control the RPM thru the software. In the MDI tab you can ender in something like:

S10000M3

to get it to spin to 10,000 RPM. Insert the RPM you want in the place of the 10000.

Thank You for reaching out got ya.
What about the other buttons on the controller like jog up/down etc. everything is locked on the controller so you run it all through the software as far as speed ?

On the VFD controller? If so, the only one that really works is the reset button if you get an error.

There are not any jog buttons on the controller, do you mean the on-screen buttons or keyboard shortcuts?

All RPM commands have to be done on the computer screen.

I have a Jet 1642 lathe with VFD. Jet locks the VFD so cannot be changed. If you find a VFD and download the manual you find a massive amount of parameters. C3D locks theirs because it takes a real engineer to figure out how to set up a VFD from scratch and most engineers could not do it unless they have experience with VFD design and manufacturing.

To keep the support from having to constantly fix the C3D VFD they lock it because you can really screw up a VFD if you start changing parameters unless you REALLY know what you are doing. The VFD C3D spindle is a specialized VFD and C3D set it up to do a single purpose. That is why it is locked and no user interface.
