Hi, I’m having issues with zeroing the machine, and also trying to use the bitsetter. The Z axis doesn’t go all the way down, stops short

Which Z-axis have you configured your machine to have.
Do you have a BitZero? Where is it, where is the ground lead? What colour does the BitZero show?
What colour does your BitSetter show?
If you power up and connect to the machine, what shows under Active Inputs?

I’ve a bitsetter, and the ground lead is where is supposed to be, on the screw behind the controller box to the base.
I’ve set a Video support for tuesday. Thank you for your help
