So, I created some little jigs that I can use in my vise (like those that were used to create the Halo figure) using Onshape. Happy to share if anyone wants the .stl (would be great if we could attach .stl files here!).

Cool, I made a set too like the ones in the lego demo. Used 1/8" dowel pins from local hardware store.
Work great for 2-sided milling using the y centerline as the zero.
Exactly, same idea… mine asre not .125 but .1875
