I have initialized the new Shapeoko 5.1 Pro several times.
Using new Bit Zero V 2 to set Zero Point
When program starts over runs x axis by about 5.5 inches off the board.
Does the zero location in the c2d file match where you set zero on the work piece?

To elaborate on Ed.E 's response: if you used the Bitzero to set X, Y, and Z zero on the work piece, it is likely you used the lower left corner of the work piece. If so, the Toolpath Zero in Carbide Create Job Setup must also be set to Lower-Left (see attached image of CCV 7 Job Setup). Cheers.

Ed, I thank you for your time. However, I made a newbie mistake. The set up was for the center of the board and not the lower left corner. I have corrected that and was able to run the program.
