Jog setting to zero not working

Hi,

I have a problem when jogging to set zero with my laptop. I am new with Nomad 3. I used the arrows on my keyboard and also the mouse but doesn’t move. Other thing like Rapid position works fine. But when it comes to move manual it doesn’t work. I have a window 11 and used Carbide motion the latest version 579. Doesn’t anyone knows the problem? Thank you

Did you increase the move increment from the tiny default to Fast?
