Hey , Just finished setting up my XXL,I took my time with it, hit a couple of little snags but worked them out - just wanted to say THANKS to the guys @ Carbide for their prompt help -emails & via phone -this is one of the reasons why I went with this machine -support. Hey guys keep up that personal touch I know it’s difficult to get to everybody, but don’t lose that!
Fired it up and started cutting - it worked like a charm! Stayed up till 2 am playing with it - it was almost worth the money just for that night! Good music, good bourbon, & staying warm here in Wi.!

I don’t know how they manage to sustain such a good record of customer support over time, now that they have sold 10000+ machines, but they do, and that’s a great thing.
Enjoy the machine, it’s a lot of fun! (and a few moments of confusion too
