Just got new laptop and I loaded carbide motion build 537 onto it. Having trouble getting my shapeoko 3 xxl settings loaded properly. I am trying to set it up in inches, but the program is determined to load mm. Helpppp please. Thanks
I suspect the initialization is all metric — once that’s done you should be able to switch.
Please update to 542 though:
I installed build 542, and have managed to get my bit setter working, but machine settings still show travel dimensions in mm. Will this cause issues with my projects? Since I work in inches.
No, the machine will just use the dimensions as they are specified.
