Just put together my pro xxl and had a question

So I finally had time yesterday to put together my pro xxl. It went really smooth except putting on the aluminum extrusions for the table. So about half the extrusions when they had screws in the front and back were not at all lined up with the middle screw holes. I had to use a clamp to flex the extrusions to line up with the holes. Is that normal? Or did I do something wrong?

Not normal.

I will take a pic and email support. I am not really sure it will be much of an issue though, once I flexed them a bit and put the screws in everything seems square but I will email them. Thank you

Well I did a quick first cut just to see if things seemed OK and it works.

you might try tightening from the center outwards.
also, do not tighten when you first install the screws… just finger tight at first then after all are in place, tighten more.

Maybe have a similar issue. Two of the left stepper motor screws on the X- Axis screws are not “flat” when tightened. Only happened on the forward screws. Working with support to resolve.

So I am pretty sure it was user error, I took the bed back apart and realized I had put the screws in the wrong order. Once I double checked the instructions and did it the right way everything went together smoothly.

I had maybe 2-3 a bit off if I recall… I know the one in front of the bitsetter was definitely a bit off, the bitsetter is almost pushing on the railing.

It might be worth noting in assembly to loosen bitsetter screws slightly before doing the rail on the far right?
