Keep getting this “limit switch hit” error. How can I fix it?

Additional info: I’m using the nomad pro 883 CNC machine and carbide crate/motion for the files and controls

Here’s a video of the problem, please watch: https://youtube.com/shorts/4SVnC823bTQ?feature=share

Someone suggested maybe it has something to do with the motor spinning up, vibrating, and triggering the limit switch. If this is the issue how can I go about fixing it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I’m a beginner.

EDIT: I found it is actually hitting the limit switch under the platform (video here)
But I’m still not sure how to fix it. could it possibly be an offset in settings?

EDIT EDIT: Someone on Reddit figured it out! Basically, I had it offset wrong and had to adjust my zero point for the project (or something like that, I’m still learning.) here’s what he said "where you placed your design in CAM and where coordinate system is doesn’t match

youtu.be/BiuD6li6h8A "

That shouldn’t be a problem — if it is, the switch is faulty.

Please contact us at support@carbide3d.com and we’ll get this sorted out w/ you.
