Kissmas tree on cutrocket

has anyone ran the kissmas tree file from cutthroat? It comes in layers and i can’t figure out how to make the toolpaths.thanks for any info.

Are you sure it is on Cutrocket? I went to look and did not see it there.

John

Hi John the file can be found in the comment section of a youtube video by kevin barnett called Why the material you cut can make or break your project.thanks

A link might help people find your project.

Edit: Found it. I don’t use CC, but the preview looks like a mess.
Looks like a pretty simple design.
Maybe ask @KevBarn14 if you don’t want to redraw it yourself.

In that file, the layers correspond to the toolpath groups. Your Visible Layer and Enabled Toolpath Group must match.
If you were to cut it out of a sheet, rather than narrow stock, I would enable several layers and several toolpath groups at the same time. For this, you would need to rearrange the artwork.

Additionally, I’ve reconfigured the file for a sheet of plywood or jointed boards.
Perhaps this will lessen the confusion.
