We moved to Texas form Louisville and in the process of setting up my shop. I ran across this article design for a cross laser that was adapred to the home made CNC. As i and others spend time with aligning the start point, this may be helpful for many.

What is the width of the line when focused properly? Looks kind of fat in the picture.
With all due respect, Iām thinking aligning a pointed bit to the corner of an object is not all that difficult. Especially if one has designed a project to not depend on the corner zero so much. Just my opinion, I guess, but this seems like an example of over-engineering; a solution waiting for a problem to solve.
