Leadscrew cover

Hi,

we just got our nomad pro and was wondering what some of you are doing to cover the lead screw on the z, x, and y axis?

At least one person worked up a bellows arrangement made of paper for the Y-axis:

I posted a simple hack Nomad: Cheap and Easy y-axis slot covers using packing tape to help seal the y axis slot openings as well as the to help seal the door. That worked okay but the y axis tape eventually deformed and wasn’t keeping the chips and dust from falling through the slot and onto the table under the Nomad. just like the big boys use — conforming bellows rail/track covers at McMaster-Carr: [image] a small price to pay to protect such a reliable machine? $30/foot is way cheaper than trying to make these yourself.
