Left and Right Y Axis Always Move in opposite Directions

I just finished set up on a new 4 XXL and when I attempt to initialize the machine the Y motors are always pulling in the opposite direction no matter what changes I make to the connections. For example the left Y motor will be moving forward and the right Y motor will be moving backwards. No matter how I change the connections all I seem to be able to achieve is switching it so that the left Y will move backwards but then the right Y will move forward. I emailed support to see if they had troubleshooting for this specific problem but figured Iā€™d also post here to see if anyone else has experienced this.

Possibly miswired cables. Support should be able to address that pronto, but in the meantime you could upload close up pictures of Y1 and Y2 connectors, at the controller side.
