Licensing transfer

I currently have carbide create pro on my older laptop how to I put my same license on a newer laptop? do i have to pay for pro a second time?

If i purchased a Carbide create pro license, does that mean I can load it on my desktop and my laptop? I design on the desktop and send the files to the laptop to hook-up to the machine.
