From time to time I get this message as I try to initialize- “limit switch error (x).” In the past if I come back a week or so later everything works as it should. This time it continues to give the same message. I have manually moved the carriage back to the middle with the machine turned off but still get the same message. Anyone know what I should do? I am a rank amateur so please be explicit. THANKS

Maje sure the machine is properly lubricated and free of any debris.
