Line count and progress bar no longer update after VFD install

Since getting my VFD and spindle setup and working properly I have had the issue that CM 635 and 636 no longer update the line ## of XXXXXX, the progress bar nor the time remaining. Has anyone else encountered this? Any ideas on how to correct the issue?

Code runs fine and the machine executes all bit change requests, but never updates status.
