Lines Left while Flattening

Okay braintrust, here’s my issues…Video Link

I have a Shapeoko 3 XXL. The router has become not-perpendicular via loosened v-wheels/eccentric nuts. Those were snugged.

The eccentric nuts on the Y1/Y2 axis are either too tight and the gantry won’t move or too loose to create a forward leaning router. The Y2 top rear (towards back of machine) V-wheel is loose enough to spin freely.

My brain is racked on this.

I have a 3XXL as well and my experience with what your described is you need to replace the v-wheels. At minimum “The Y2 top rear (towards back of machine) V-wheel is loose enough to spin freely.”
The top ones on the Y rails of my machine have also been worn by rubbing against the belt tensioners on the front and back of the y rails. (Due to them being out of alignment)
I have had to replace these in occassion as they just wear out. I can never really eyeball it and see the wear but can “feel” it when i replace them. Hope this helps!

Does that insert cutter have inserts on the bottom? If so, is it possible that they are sticking too far down compared to the side inserts?
