Looking for S3 parts

I’m in need of a few parts. I’m looking to buy the left and right assembly and the power supply and control board/cover.

Thank you!

That’s a link to a newer board on eBay - will work but I think you might have to change connectors.

If I have time during the holidays to finish my linear rail install I would have end plates for the gantry available. They have mounting for flipping the plates as well as Neil’s belt tensioner too.

I’ve got all of that stuff in a box…I tried to donate my S3 to my local HS when I upgraded to the Pro. I sent them a working unit, I got back a box of parts. Someone took it apart and couldn’t get it together again, so they returned it to me.

PM me a list of what you need, and I’ll dig it out and ship it to you. Just pay for shipping.

Is that a different PCB than the new ones that are on the C3D website? They’re only $150 but I’m not sure how they are different from each other.

The newer so3 boards have the BitRunner connector on board. The original one had a big heatsink you remove, add some thermal tape and there is a new controller case that attaches to the holes that used to mount the big heat sink. The newer boards mount to the two piece case and case mounts to y rail for xl and xxl. Still mounts to gantry on so3 std.

Hmm… From the pictures, that PCB from the C3D site is a 2.4e where the eBay item is different… tough to make out the markings. Basically, the main differences are connector types - there maybe other small differences but overall useable nonetheless.
