I am not getting the same initialization as in the video. my router moves to the right on the gantry. There is a loud vibrating sound. the router hits the limit switch front right. No more movement, just vibrating sound. I don’t find solution in topics. What is my next option for fixing current problem? Thanks for any help.
Does it move up first? If not, you have your X & Z connections mixed up.

If this is a newly assembled machine work with support. Either something is not assembled properly by you or c3d.
If this machine was a working one then check your configuration.

That’s good…can you check if your X limit switch works?
In Carbide Motion, there is a screen that shows “Active Pins” or something. (Sorry, I don’t use Motion, but someone else will chime in).
