my router moves to the right on the gantry.

Does it move up first? If not, you have your X & Z connections mixed up.

My new ShapeokoPro wont recognize the proximity switches

@Mike4 Sounds like you have the X and Z motor connections mixed up. Z = up and down X = left and right Y = forward and back Has this ever happened with a Carbide 3D board? I think you’d have to intentionally try to break it for damage to happen.
