I have been having a blast machining aluminum parts on my Pro! I am amazed at how accurate it machines for a stepper motor driven belt drive system! I stacked (2) 3/8" x 1-1/2" plates and bored holes in pairs for slip fit pins and they came out great. I had a slight amount of taper in the bottom of the larger hole (tool deflection I assume) that I had touch up slightly.
