I made this in Fusion 360, however have had a strange occurrence. The circles are the correct measurement in the CAD/CAM however are smaller than they should be after being milled. The correct bit was chosen. Any ideas?

Did you uncheck “Stock to Leave” on your setup?. Also make sure your end mill is the right diameter with a caliper. They tend to not be exact.
I did have 0.5mm stock to leave which might explain 1mm. The end mill is the correct size… tolerance is 0.1mm
