Make the table top flat

i purchased a Shapeoko 5 pro at the end of 2024, put a pause to my CNC project right after, and till now, try to make few projects as tried out. hope can make those projects with my expectation.
before i get on to the projects, since one of them are pretty big (42" x 42"), try to make the table top flat, so it will make cuts all the same depth every where.

hope some one here have done the table flatten run before, and can give some help.
