Has anyone ever tried to make a full size football? I realize it would have to be done in 2 halves then glued together. I was looking at some longer endmills but was wondering if anyone has ever tried it? I was having issues creating it in CC pro. I would like to keep it as close to regulation as possible to close to 3.5 inches tall each half. Possible???
If you have a machine w/ a tall enough Z-axis, this should be doable.

I have the 5 pro and I’m pretty new to the CNC world. I’ve cut some flat signs and simple stuff. Haven’t don’t any 3d work yet. I’ll check that out! Thanks!!!
Vectric Vcarve has the ability to do sections from a single design model. I have not tried it but watched the video and it was pretty cool. I don’t have an application at this point.
