I am currently making a 7" tray. I have bought a whiteside router bit. How do I incorporate that bit into my carbide software?

Carbide Create does not support that geometry (flat bottom with radiused corners) — you have to enter it either as a ball-nose or square endmill and accept that either the rounding won’t show completely, or won’t show at all.
