Somehow I overlook or forgot this excellent post / thread by CalebPeters on the Shapeoko forum:
I’ve since linked it into the wiki — a nice option for those with access to a machine shop, or willing to pay one to make rails (I’m especially curious as to how things would work out w/ hardened steel rails and steel V-wheels).
