Maze help with grooves

Does anyone know how make the width of the maze ball channels larger? A .25 bit doesnt leave enough for a .25 ball bearing. Is changing the bit to a 9/32 the only option?

Draw the outline of the maze and cut as a pocket?

If you have Pro there’s an Offset feature:

which could be used twice to get to the desired width.

An option is to use 6 mm ball bearings. Slightly smaller than a 1/4" @ .234375"

I made a maze in American Walnut for my Hungarian teacher’s children when I spent a two week vacation in Hungary with my language partner. The maze was drawn and carved in Carveco Maker using gSender. It was sized 180 x 180 x 25mm and I cut 5mm wide slots that were 5mm deep as well. I used a 4mm ball bearing and after finishing it with beeswax, I gave it as a present to my language partner’s children and they could not stop playing with it for 10 days of my vacation.
