MC Etcher settings?

Could someone talk about their experience working with Mr. Etcher 120 and the settings they used? DOC?
I got cast acrylic and am thinking about LED sings.

I have a 90 and a 120 but chose the 90 with a depth setting of 0.05 in cast acrylic for an edge lit sign. I dont remember if I tried the 120 and the 90 or if I tried the 90 first and then saw no reason to try the 120. The sign turned out very well. I separated the design into two files, each cut on their own piece of acrylic which sat adjacent to each other in the base (like a double pane window). The led strip fit in a wood base and ran under one piece and then doubled back under the other piece. At the transition between the pieces, I clipped the LED strip causing the first piece of acrylic to glow a different color than the second. This is a really neat effect when the LED strip controller has an option to cycle through colors.
