First time engraving test going on here. When I’m selecting my tool and toolpath in CC, I only see two ‘engravers’ #501 & 502. Yet my MC etchers are labeled 503 & 504.
Which tool is correct? I’m using the 120deg tip on a metal keychain.
Thank you

Great! Thank you so much
One other thing you could do if you wanted, or needed tools to be in a specific location for you, is you can go into tool selection when you are selecting a tool for a job and move tools around in a tool list that is either a custom tool list or for a particular machine that you have.
For example, I have the Shapeoko 5 Pro machine and when I bring up the tool list for just that machine, there is nothing really in there for tooling. I also purchased a range of different bits that are not in any list we have in CCPro. I purchased the 45 degree V grooving tool from Carbide3D and it wasn’t in any of my tool lists that I could see. So I added it under the machine Shapeoko only. Then I realized that there was a Shapeoko 5 Pro machine tab added. So, I navigate to the 45 degree bit under Shapeoko, right click the tool, and choose copy tool. Then I navigate back into Shapeoko 5 Pro tool list and click on the vee tool list and right click to paste the tool inside this list. Tool has successfully been added to that new list for me and I now don’t have to go searching for tools that I have. This may help you organize your tools if you need.
