I have had great success using the MC Etcher but a stumped as to how I can get this photo suitable to etch,I can get something that just resembles it but not great.Would anyone know what app I should go to?All has been done on carbide create.

We don’t really have a toolpath suited to suing a drag engraving tool w/ a b/w pixel image.
You might find:
workable w/ a V endmill.
Another option would be to re-draw the image as a vector
