Mcetcher in Tool Library

Is there any reason why C3D’s Mcetcher diamond drag tool bit is not included in CC’s tool library?
What parameters should I set to add it?

Thanks William, oddly my Tool Library in CC looks different to your screenshot and I don’t see it there:

Please update to the current version.

Make sure to not overwrite the old version (rename it to match the current version number).
