Hi,
I’m getting a message that the carve will plunge 6.4mm below the material bottom however my measurements are accurate as the material is .475 thick and my cutout is at a depth of .475. Not sure if I’ve done something wrong. I’ve added my file.

Post a photo showing how you have secured your stock and set zero relative to it with the machine at the origin or a specified offset from it?
Looks like the Z-axis zero-point is set for the Top of the stock in the file. Did you setup the machine to match that?
