Hello Everyone
I am wanting to make a viking shield trimmed in 1/8" medal for a retirement gift. Would you please direct me as to any videos and or “end mills” that would be suitable for this task.
Also, do “tabs” work the same way when cutting metal?

Tell us what kind of metal and what thickness. Yes tabs still work. Depending on the thickness the painters tape and super glue would be good to hold your metal down to the spoilboard. Hopefully aluminum will be your choice. I dont have an SO5 but steel is possible but you would have to protect it from rusting with a clear coat or paint.
