Milling Sika Block range (renshape / PU board)

Heya. Just wondering is anyone has experience milling the PU blocks from Sika? Popular in the UK.

I’m confident that cutting M600 is fine, it has a density of 0.6 grams/cm3.

Anyone know how easy it would be to mill M920 with density of 1.3 grams/cm3?

We have feeds and speeds for it at: https://docs.carbide3d.com/support/#tooling-support

and a few notes at: https://wiki.shapeoko.com/index.php/Materials#Renshape

and Winston has a video:

Thanks @WillAdams, I’m looking for experience with less common board. The common renshape board seems to be around 0.5 grams/cm3, if I 3x the density to 1.5 would I see issues?

It seems aluminium is 2.7 grams/cm3 so 1.5 sounds like it would be fine, with more conservative settings that the ones you mention.
