How can I remove these splinters in the depth of a groove? Was cut with upcut 1/4 inch bit, 7mm wide grove.
Folded sand paper removed a lot, but did not go further. I thought of key files? Would be something to test my patience what I do not have a lot on stock.
Anything better?

Files and patience are pretty much it.
Next time you cut such a design you could slightly overcut each size to reduce this sort of thing.
