It looks like I can’t properly enter a 1/16th end mill at 0.0625 as it only allows 3 digits of precision. Any plans to increase that, doesn’t seem like a major change?

I suspect that it stores the value internally, then rounds off for the display — it won’t be exact, but it should be closer.
Things such as this are a powerful argument for why any such tool should be designed to use integer math at some suitably small unit and then convert everything to the displayed unit at the last possible moment. Yeah, Dr. Donald Knuth wrote the typesetting tool I prefer, and this is one reason.
